To be honest with you, I really don't think so. Nightwish is one of the hottest bands in Europe right now, so I don't think they need any help in selling out shows

That is a very true thing Kalma, but why are none of the other shows not sold out..? Maybe they just have alot of fans in Sweden.

But such a show with both Lordi and Nightwish performing sounds like one hell of a time to me.

BotB, Nightwish has been sold out a LONG, LOOONG time here in Belgium (yes, they're coming on november 7th to Brussels....) I was planning to buy tickets, but I didn't get any since it's sold out... It's been sold out for about 2 - 3 months now... So, there's a lot of Nightwish lovers in Belgium as well...

*looks at Kalma* Shoot! He didn't reply to the hairnet comment :p

Greetings,
Fallen One.

True, very true Fallen One... Well I guess I'll yeild on this one.

But with these shows with Nightwish, Lordi will become more known, and thats a Hell of a thing.

And about the hairnet comment... you never know Kalma might not have replied because he too busy discussing the idea with Lordi :p heheee.

Hi Kalma!

I would like to know how long you already play the bass. Till you could run correctly in these high shoes and then it still has lasted in my interest and two to three friends long. I cannot imagine said honestly that it was particularly simple. One if and really it must be damned aching to folding down in these things.

ROCK ON!!
You're my favorite band member! :)

A new question for Mr Kalma. Firstly I'd like to say YOU ROCK! but the question is, I'll be there in Scala when you come to the UK, I may well be wearing a Beaty of the Beast shirt I'm having made, if you spot me, is there any chance you could give me a wave. That would seriously ROCK.

Heheee Have a Hell of a time in the UK Dude.

P.S. are you going to bring both your Basses with you?

Heyho Kalma!I have a couple of quick questions about your equipment.
First of all(i'm very sorry if this has been posted before): what tipe of basses do you use?
Second: What is your thought on Yamaha basses?
Thank you very much!You rock!!!

I believe Mr Kalma uses a ESP LTD Viper Bass but I dont know what model number it is, and sadly I dont know what make his second bass is.

If it isnt too much trouble Mr. Kalma I have a question.
I have the Lordi Callendar in my bedroom along with loads more Lordi merchandise and I read that on March 8th 2003 during a live performance in Kulttuuritalo, Helsinki the pyrotechnics got a bit out of hand, I am curious as to what happened exactly, did it end with everybody running around in flames or was it a little less explosive than that.

Thanks for your time Mr, Kalma.

Well heyho there! My main instrument is ESP Ltd Viper 304 and spare one is Ibanez Ergodyne. Both black of course. Amps and cabins from Warwick.

Second: What is your thought on Yamaha basses?

Since I've never played one, I really don't know. It would not be one of the first choices if I was to choose a new bass...Right now the Viper is fulfilling all my fantasies

Well, at least nobody was in flames or anything like that. Nobody got hurt in the incident, but it scared the shit out of the technician who caused it! It's quite hard to explain, but it was somekind of out of control-burst of flame, which destroyed fellow bands guitar equipment and a video wall owned by the finnish television company. When you play with open fire, something like this can happen. Of course we had lots of fire extinquishers and experienced security staff on duty, so the situation was over in a few seconds. But hey, it really happened on live tv show called Emma-gaala, which is like Brit Awards in Britain or Grammys in USA. We were performing there at the end of the show and this incident happened right before our performance. And it made to next mondays headline news in the papers!! Which is always nice...
