Sir, I LOVE your drawings. It's true that it recalls "Silent Hill" a lot, but for my part, I also found many creatures of the universe of Guillermo Del Toro ("Pan's Labyrinth," "Hellboy," "Splice" or "Do not be afraid of the Dark"). Have you ever seen those movies ?

3 of the 4, I don't think I've seen "Do Not Be Afraid of the Dark".

Partially from various horror movies/videogames, but mostly just off the top of my head, I guess you could say they are improvised off of vague ideas.

I advise you to watch "Do not be afraid of the dark". There are two versions: the oldest and the remake of last year, with Katie Holmes if I remember correctly. There are "charming" little creatures that should please you =D

I have some new ones I did a few weeks ago (a side note on the first one I'm not used to drawing humans, much less babies so this one was an extra challenge for me)

You are a really good artist, your art makes me think of the anime Full Metal Alchemist (the strange creatures) and that is a compliment ;) I love FMA. You should write stories with those pictures!

FMA is awesome, though I think thats the first time my artwork has been compared to that, as for stories I actually have a comic planned I just need more people to help me with the writing and some of the other stuff.

That is so cool!! I really want to read you comic when it's published ^^
Is there something/someone you get your ideas from, and are the drawings all out of your head??

As I said earlier, I go off of a vague idea, usually inspired by something I saw, but for the most part its improvised.

I just cannot imagine that you can make these from out of your head. I think it is amazing what you are doing. I wish I could form pictures like that in my head (and on paper) ;) But drawing is unfortunately not one of my strongest talents .. :P

If you have time to do so, practice as much as you can. I've been drawing since I could pick up a pencil, probably half the time spent in school for me was drawing when I should have been "working". I also had sibling rivalry motivating me, my brother was the better artist for the longest time I had to work hard to surpass him.
