What are your friend's reactions to Lordi?

Right now I'm the only one of my friends who loves Lordi more than any other music. My best friend loves Japanese pop band called w-inds. and his brother... oh well, he likes Lordi, but not as much as I do. My other friend doesn't like Lordi so much, but she can stand it, and she really likes It Snows In Hell and keeps saying that Lordi should've performed it in the ESC2006 (I quite agree).

I'm taking my friend to see lordi
he just said I want to know their names just in case we walk by them
So I pointed each member out
but he has a kick with amen name he said he was to sing it meeting him
but he like it because their names aren't hard at all

Yes, that is true.

But I think the thread about it is gone, but I can remember it was much more girls than boys here. I wonder what the reason for it can be?

My friend Luke loves them, thanks to me, so we're going to the Sheffield concert. :lol:

My mate Joe is very interested in the visuals it seems...

Some of my friends like Lordi (it's usually a surprise for me when I find out

) and the others at least don't say they suck.
The only one who says they suck is my boyfriend

(just because he finds their music boring). I think he's just jealous :roll:

But I don't really care, I don't need him to go with me to the gigs (maybe it's better he not being there at all :wink:

)

I find it kind of funny...

Last week, after talking shit about Lordi for the PAST year, my friend finally decides to listen to the whole "Arockalypse" album.

He loves them now. :lol:

He said Arockalypse is the ONLY good album they've produced though. :lol:

Before he said "Ohhh, Lordi is ugly people who just scream into the microphone." and then he actually listened and now he loves the arockaylpse.

Well, my friend first didn't like them, so i brought him to listen to WYLAM, and he loved it.

After that he listens to more Lordi songs.
I made him also liking Metal music, now he likes the same bands as me, Lordi including.

I only have two friends who know who LORDi are. They both like them but not like I do. Anytime I wear my LORDi shirts I get a lot of people saying that they are GWAR knock offs, that makes me want to punch them square in the face! :twisted:

A co-worker/friend saw the the cover to the Deadache CD I just got and he said that he wasn't suprised that I liked a band that looked like that.
So...I carved him up and sent his face to Mr Lordi for use as new knee pad. :lol:
