I doubt but it's always possible that the sentence "Practice what you preach" in The Riff is a reference to Testaments song/album "Practice What You Preach". Who knows? :P

Hell Sent In the Clowns - could be a reference to Judy Collins' (or whoever else sang that song) "Send In the Clowns"?
