What Lordi song should I play at my wedding?

Talk about anything and everything LORDI-related - in English.

I would have to say either Evilove or the song that seems to be the popular choice: Would You Love a Monsterman?

It Snows In Hell or Would You Love A Monsterman would be my choice :D

Good choices, everybody. I can't believe I never thought of Evilove. The groom agrees that Would you Love a Monsterman should be on the play list, and I'm gonna have to insist Man Skin Boots gets played because it's my favorite track off Deadache. Thanks guys, we will toast all of you at our wedding... alot.

For coming to the altar Magistra nocte, after 'Yes' Hard Rock Hallelujah and then (after you're kicked out of the church because of dishonouring the religion  ) anything you want... I'd recommend Dr.Sin is In, Evilyn and Kalmageddon (I can't find the way it could be connected with the event of wedding, but if you need something to dance... )

Restricted to Deadache, Get Heavy, and The Arockalypse apparently.
 So Magistra Nocte and Kalmagedden I think are not really possible. I would suggest Last Kiss Goodbye personally! :) Think it would go well with the style of something like Evilove!

Congrats by the way, and I wish you the best of luck!

Yeah, it was just my private tip... (I'd choose those...)
As it is restricted, then you have to be satisfied 'only' with Raise hell in heaven, Evilyn or Dynamite Tonite... :?
(But what can be more beautiful than Magistra nocte played on pipe-organ?)

Thanks guys. I would have loved to have included Magistra Nocte but it's on a CD that hasn't been released on North America and I'm too broke from other expenses (ie a wedding) to them on line and the North American release didn't come with any bonus tracks.

I should clarify though; the actually legal ceremony is a quick civil 'sign the document' type- the RECEPTION is where we're playing the music and doing all the theatrical fun stuff, including a blood binding.  I'm considering the reception to be the 'wedding' part because that's when we'll be celebrating with friends and community and to be the more personal and meaningful part. The whole civil ceremony is gonna be a quick legal matter that means the law officially recognizes we are a couple and have all the legal protection pertaining to. Yah, not so romantic but I've seen too many friends separated from their loved ones by red tape during because they didn't have the magic piece of paper saying they were married. So the legal ceremony is 'cover our butts in case the worst happens' and the reception is 'We both found someone who loves us for the monster we are and we want to spend the rest of our lives together so everybody come and celebrate with us!"

To Dungeon Keeper:

Yeah, it's everywhere like this... 'sign that piece of paper as quickly as you can and get outta here, cause there are many others waiting for this'...
In that cause I'd choose BBBR - as a sing of dishonour to them stupids at the ceremony... (At the end you should kick their ass and go celebrate  )
And talking about the reception - it doesn't matter, what exactly will be played there, you should choose your fav. pieces... it's YOUR day (and, of course your problem if the people there don't like it ... :? )

I personaly, would play all their CDs one by one...

Omigawd, the wedding is this Saturday....

The final Lordi line-up stands at Man Skin Boots, Evilove, Bite it like a Bulldog and Would you Love a Monsterman. My contributions to the playlist looks like a tribute to Finnish metal, actually. Hopefully I won't have to be too much of a Bridezilla but I may channel some of Lady Awa's 'slow painful death in a wedding gown' powers to make sure the day goes the way it should. My day, may rules and I rule with an iron fist. Pictures will be posted after the event. Rawr.

I have always thought "it snows in hell". It's such a beatiful song! But soon when the new album is out, maybe "call off the wedding"?

And at long last, here are some pictures. The professional ones will happen this summer (a friend o the family is doing them for free). these are all from the disposable cameras we had on the tables for guests.
