What is the Scarctic Circle Gathering?

I believe that "scarctic circle" is a word play of scar and arctic circle. Mr. Lordi is from Rovaniemi, not far from arctic circle.
But gathering I don´t know...

Scarctic Circle means like Anushka said it's a combination of two words "scary" and "arctic circle". And "Gathering" = meeting.

Scarctic Circle Gathering is almost Lordi. The monsters(members) are meeting to play their new songs.

Always, when talking of Scarctic Circle Gathering, I think the special Lordi opening at ESC 2007 visualizes the idea of it perfectly. I think it's indeed the SCG where the guy is heading to in this video:
