kalmageddon bass tab

Postby retitled » Mon Sep 06, 2004 11:43 pm

a friend of mine tabbed the bass line to kalmageddon for me, it sounds dead on to me... here it is :)...

Beginning Part
G|--2------------------------2-----------------------------------------------|
D|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
A|0---0h6-0h5-0h3-0h2/3----0----0h6--0h5--0h3--------------------------------|
E|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|

Next Part
G|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
D|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
A|0-0-3-5--00-6-5-0---0-0-3-5------------------------------------------------| - i think 355505 is the bass part, its either this or 022202,
E|--------------------------------355535-------------------------------------| but i think thats the guitar and they play an octave apart

then beginning on "you start to feel the cold...."
G|--2------------------------2-----------------------------------------------|
D|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
A|0---0h6-0h5-0h3-0h2/3----0----0h6--0h5--0h3--------------------------------|
E|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|

then, on the 'The age of ruin is upon us all' part
G|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
D|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
A|----------065323-------0000/666\0--------------------------------------| - the 33 4 is a bit off, but its close
E|---33-4--------------------------------------------------------------------| the 00000 is the little transition part
on the slide from 6 to 0, dont even hold 0,
"Kalmageddon...." chorus just sort of barely hit it and then mute it again.
G|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
D|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
A|-00----------00------------------------------------------------------------|
E|----11--33--------------0(hold)----------------------110-------------------|

guitar solo part
G|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
D|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
A|-2--0h22--2--0h22--4-2h44--4-2h44-2--0h22--2--0h22--4-2h44--4-2h44-----3-1-0|
E|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|

then beginning again
G|--2------------------------2-----------------------------------------------|
D|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
A|0---0h6-0h5-0h3-0h2/3----0----0h6--0h5--0h3--------------------------------|
E|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|

then similar to beginning, just a bit harder
G|------2--------------------------2---------------0h2-----------------------|
D|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
A|-0000---0h6-0h5-0h3-0h2/3---0000---0h6-0h5-0h3-0---------00-3-5-0-6-5-3----|
E|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|

then chorus
G|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
D|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
A|-00----------00------------------------------------------------------------|
E|----11--33--------------0(hold)----------------------110-------------------|

then to the end, "Looking for the Unholy Ghost.."
G|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
D|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
A|0-0-3-5--00-6-5-0---0-0-3-5------------------------------------------------|
E|--------------------------------355535-------------------------------------|

to correct teh spacing of it all copy and paste it into notepad :)

i also submitted it to mxtabs.net and my friend submitted it to ultimate-guitar.com... please rate them and let me know if you like it :)

Hey Hey this looks good, and it's a refreshing change of the norm having people asking for tabs instead of giving them... Thanks alot retitled, I'm sure alot of people will apreciate this... I know I do.

I may try to tab this onto Guitar pro, I'll have to get your permission to do so first mind.

Thanks again, and Hellcome, Stay Heavy. .
